Terms of Use of the Tashantoo

1. Answers written by an AI

Tashantoo answers your questions and corrects your exercises, your exams and your copies with an artificial intelligence. Each answer is checked before you receive it and, when needed, a teacher of MySmartAcademy steps in.

An answer can still contain a mistake. If you have a doubt, report the answer with the button under it, or ask your teacher. A reported answer that is wrong gives you your question back.

2. Your questions

Each request uses questions from your subscription or from your packs: the cost is shown before you send it. A request refused by Tashantoo (unreadable photo, document that is not a school exercise, wrong subject, several exercises in one exercise request) uses no question.

3. Your photos and your data

Your text and your photos are sent to our AI providers only to answer you. We never add your name, your phone number or your email to them. The photos of the answered requests are deleted after the retention period set by MySmartAcademy.

The corrected exercises can be added, without your name, to the exam bank of your class, so that other students can train on them.

4. Exams and rights

Only send exams and exercises that you are allowed to share (official exams, exams of your school, your own exercises). Do not send documents that are sold or protected.

5. Honesty

Tashantoo helps you understand and train. Do not use it during a test or an exam in class. During a mock exam, Tashantoo does not answer in the subject of the exam, and the correction of the exam opens once your copy is sent.

6. Parents

You can send the follow-up of your week to your parent. Your parent receives the weekly summary by email only if they accept it, and can stop it at any time.
